It’s currently in the capable hands of Neha Saini, who’s picked up a trick or two from her grandfather, renowned CHEF JAGDISH RAJ.
The founder of Raj’s Kitchen has shared a world of experience with his granddaughter. Raj was the winner of the World Culinary Challenge in 1976 and he’s successfully run a chain of restaurants with his wife. He’s also enjoyed a rewarding career catering for weddings and government contracts in Australia and abroad.
The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree when it comes to Neha, who knows what it takes to create a delicious meal. The key lies in roasting and blending the spices a particular way, to create home cooking that’s brimming with flavour AND love.
Neha taps into her grandparents’ lessons to develop a range of curries from around the globe – pleasing even the fussiest eaters, from the loved ones at home to customers in the food service industry.
As a youngster who’s constantly on the move, Neha knows how important it is to create quick, healthy and delicious meals.
